I don’t know if somebody will be interested in reading my articles, so mainly, I am doing it for myself. Before I entered the university, I had been interested mostly in IT and used to communicate in English a lot. Then I decided to study law in my home country, which belongs to the post-communist area and therefore is not truly internationalized yet, especially if it comes to the law schools. I think that the years of studying law in a minor Slavic language with minimal exposure to English made me worse in my communication skills than I had been five years ago. Although I like to read philosophy literature in English and browse the internet often, there are not a lot of occasions in which I could practice English, especially the writing skills. I hope I will change it.
